This second floor, two-bedroom apartment offers spacious and comfortable living space and boasts a sit-out, South-facing balcony with stunning views over Swansea Bay towards Mumbles Head.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has an open plan lounge/kitchen leading on to a spacious sit out balcony with uninterrupted views over Swansea Bay, a great sight to take in, whatever the weather! The lounge has comfortable leather sofas and large flat-screen television, or alternatively you can sit-back and enjoy the uninterrupted views over Swansea Bay. There is a dining table with seating for 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and includes fridge/freezer, double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has double bed with side tables, built-in mirrored wardrobe and juliet balcony overlooking the rear of the block. There is also an ensuite shower room off the master bedroom. The second bedroom has double bed and fitted wardrobe, offering plenty of storage space. The family bathroom has white three piece suite including bath with overhead shower.  Heating is provided through electric wall heaters. WiFi is included in the rate, as well as linen and towels and an allocated parking space to the rear of the block.
