This stylish one bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished offering spacious living space and two balconies with views of the Prince of Wales Docks and towards Swansea Bay.

The open plan lounge / kitchen area offers fantastic socialising space, whilst the laminate flooring and coordinating furniture give a clean and modern feel. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all that you could need for your stay, including dishwasher, oven and hob, and microwave. The large L-shaped sofa and swivel 'cuddle' chair make the living room a great place for relaxing, taking in the views, or watching the variety of channels available on the Smart TV.

The lounge double doors lead onto a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the prince of Wales Dock and surrounding hillside.

The master bedroom is open, airy and spacious, with king size bed, ottoman, matching solid wood furniture and plenty of storage space. The double doors lead onto a South-facing balcony with views over the River Tawe towards Swansea Bay, meaning that the property has the unique benefit of offering dual aspect views. When rest is required, the white wooden shutters in the lounge and bedroom do a great job of keeping out the light.

The modern family bathroom has partially tiled walls and three piece suite including bath with overhead shower. This top quality apartment is located a short walking distance from Swansea Bay and the Maritime Quarter as well as the many local amenities. WiFi, secure allocated parking in the underground car park, bedding and towels are all provided, as well as lift access and concierge service.

Location

Upon leaving the office (to collect keys), make your way out of the Marina and turn right at the traffic lights onto Oystermouth Road. Continue straight passing Tesco on your left-hand side and the LC Swansea and Swansea Maritime Museum on your right. Continue through the next set of traffic lights, passing Sainsbury’s supermarket on your right-hand side. Continue straight and over the bridge and along Fabian Way until you reach the first set of traffic lights. Take a right here and then the second exit (right) on the roundabout. Continue straight passing Tesco Extra and the outdoor car park on your left-hand side. At the end of the road turn left. Continue straight passing the cafes, bars and La Parilla restaurant on your left-hand side. Continue straight passing the Altamar residential block on your left. South Quay is the next block along on the left-hand side. The ramp takes you down into the underground car park.

Once you have parked, as you face out of the parking space, you will see an internal block to the left hand side (with wheelie bins outside). At the end of this block to the left-hand side, you will find an entry door (please use fob provided for access). The lift is through the first door to the left, the stairwell is the second door to the left. Take the lift to floor no. 6, apartment 82 is located around to the right after exiting the lift.

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The area was peaceful and the apartment had great views from front and back balconies. The apartment is a short walk into town and close to bars and restaurants.

Fabulous apartment

What a fabulous apartment this is and exactly as shown in the photographs. The aprtment is spacious for a one bedroom apartment and the bedroom is particularly large. The views from the dual aspect balconies are lovely. The secure underground parking is an added bonus.Kate at Bay Apartments is a pleasure to deal with, always friendly, polite and courteous and always returned calls prompty.

Highly recommended

This was our second stay in this lovely apartment and it lived up to our memories. We had a slightly problem with the hot water but this was very quickly sorted and did not spoil our stay at all. The location is great, within walking distance of both the beach and the city centre making it ideal for either a short or longer break. We hope to return as soon as possible.

First class

Overall I cannot recommend this property or Bay enough! In terms of Bay as owners / agent their levels of communication are first class. From the second I confirmed the rental they were fast and fluid with communication and gave some great instructions. They were also very flexible with the check in and check out and although their offices were closed on my check in day, getting the keys from the safe was easy and uncomplicated. The property itself is stunning in every way. It is clean, airy and has literally every amenity you could need for arrival and an easy 24 hours to settle in. Honestly, I know the logic of reviews are to give the positives and provide any improvements but honestly I couldn't fault the apartment and I wanted for nothing. I had one issue with the TV having a broken HDMI port which meant the sky didn't work the second evening I was there and the owners came the same day to replace the TV. Overall a perfect experience.

Bay have set the standard when it comes to customer service

Once again Bay have set the standard when it comes to customer service with their staff and their standard of apartment. Key collection was a breeze and I met additional members of staff both of whom demonstrated the highest of standards. The apartment was clean, fresh and had the most wonderful views - again there is nothing negative I can say about the property and there isnt even a single piece of feedback I would give. My thanks to Bay (especially Kate) once again and rest assured you have in me a loyal customer.
