When entering Swansea Marina from Oystermouth Road, go through the roundabout passing the Marriott hotel on your right-hand side. Follow the road round to the right and you will see the Meridian Tower (27 storey tower) on your left hand side. Meridian Bay is the block opposite the Tower on the right hand side of the road. Our office is also on the right-hand side of the road, just after Meridian Bay (opposite Co-op store).
Once you have collected the keys from our office, head up the small slope towards the seafront. The entry to Meridian Bay is on the right-hand side. Take the lift to the 3rd floor and apartment 71 is around to the right.
Parking Information
There is an allocated parking space in the underground car park which can be accessed from Trawler road at the front of the block. The allocated space for the property is no. 139 which is in a corner location, to the left hand side. Please note that for larger vehicles, it is easier to enter the car park from the exit gate and drive around that way in order to avoid the sharp bends. Please note that cars with roof boxes will be too tall for the space.
Once parked on the car park level, take the lift up to the 3rd floor. Apartment 71 is around to the right.
